Who are we...

As a business, we are involved in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of rooflights, skylights and roof glazing systems.

We work with a range of businesses, such as architects, contractors, local authorities, and residential customers.

 

The problem we faced….

We identified the need for an onsite tool to record information. We were using paper forms and the Information was inaccurate and out-of-date. These things delay projects, and therefore cost us money.

There was also lots of verbal communication, which gets forgotten and is often inaccurate.

I had experience of a similar App at my previous employer. So I started looking online for a system.

At board level we were also discussing the merits of a new CRM system as our previous system was old and couldn’t do what we wanted it to. The new CRM system had to manage both business development and live contracts, particularly cost management (purchase orders).

I had big desire to go paperless.
