Offline & Online Working
The term offline means working without the internet, which is great when it comes to EasySmartForms. It gives you the ability to work and record information when you’re out of range or have no access to WiFi. All the data you record is saved to the device you are using, and when you reconnect to an area with WiFi, the data will be transferred to the central database.
When working online, all the data inputted into the App is updated in the central database, which office staff can access from their desktops. Data on all devices is synchronised and saved in real time. Multiple users can then access the most up-to-date information in one place.
